For Emma, the choice over her wellbeing and my stats was easy. The stress of training had him shut down, at 18 months his kidneys were shutting down, he wasn't eating, was constantly stressed, dog reactive and hated working in public. I had to fight so hard for him to be allowed to be a pet but he's almost 6 now and is a completely different dog, still reactive and easily stressed but much happier.
